US Coast Guard Provider

Being retired Coast Guard, I am partial to Coast Guard aircraft.  Here is an old Fairchild C-123 we used in the 60's.

Here is a nice site to check out vintage airplane models.  The detail is excellent quality.  Read through the past blog posts.  And check out all of the links.  There is a lot of information here.

Located at this link are over 2000 links for models and tools.  I haven't seen anything bigger than this.  Great site, and cudo's to the owner Tony Matteliano.  Check out his site and browse till you pass out!

Here is a German site for modeling, very professional builds.

I was looking for more blogs about flying and found this one on Blogspot.  Sailplanes are always a great choice for R/C flying.

Model training, building, finishing, designing

Something I haven't found is a place to go to learn more about model building.  I'm not talking about on the web, I'm talking somewhere local to me to attend in person.  Wouldn't that be cool to go get more instruction from professional model builders.  That would make a cool small business.

Any ideas from all of you readers would be beneficial to all of us.  Does anyone want to send me stuff to post?

Nitro Planes Jet website

This site is excellent for R/C Jet Planes. I went through it and want several planes including the SR-71 and Stealth jets. Very cool stuff, terribly affordable also.
